I suspect I need to use an arithmetic combinator to cancel out this red value so that's what I was playing with.Īs you can see I'm just floundering around here so the screenshot and blueprint may in fact be useless. There is still a residual red value left on the wire from the combinator with the feedback wire. As you can see I came up with a kind of checklist (designated by R's, for 'red') to try and limit when the red flash happens, But when the train passes the same thing keeps happening. My problem is the mess on the other side of the track. They flash prior to train, and turn off as train passes (so as not to conflict with red when they flash), then go back to flashing when train has gone by. In essence, the 3 combinators on the lower left side of the track do their job in regards to the yellow lights. (Not sure if blueprints carry combinator settings?) I made yet another attempt, super complicated, still no luck. The simplest option is to just use the hardcoded colour priorities (use the yellow signal to control the flashing lights, and add red when you want the signal to turn red).Ġ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Īctually the description was correct, I just picked the wrong screenshot so that's why you're not seeing the feedback wire.

What can I do to get the yellow output to intercede again? Once the rail trigger is no longer present it doesn't go to 0 output, it just freezes at whatever value it was before (due to the feedback wire). The problem is with the red decider combinator. Similar set up with red lights except I trigger them with rail signals instead of a constant combinator.

Green wire outputs to lights set to either *>30 or *<30, giving half second alternating flashes of whichever color is being sent.Ĭonstant combinator (yellow = 1) outputs to decider combinator (yellow<60) feeding back on itself. Red wire carries rail data inputting to combinators. I've been reading up on SR switches but still get figure out a solution. Goal is to have constant flashing yellow lights (alternating back and forth) that change to red as train approaches, then resets to yellow again after train passes. I've been having a lot of fun figuring this circuit stuff out on my own but I ran into a wall with this one.
